Three upgrades transform a factory 10/22: a match barrel, a crisp trigger group and a precise bolt. Volquartsen makes all three. Pair an UltraLite or carbon fiber barrel with a TG2000 and a competition bolt, then drop it into a chassis built to free-float it.
Building With Volquartsen
The 10/22 path
Start with the TG2000 trigger group for the biggest feel improvement, add a Volquartsen barrel for accuracy, then a competition bolt for consistent lockup and ignition.
The Mark IV path
An accurizing kit is the best first upgrade for the Ruger Mark IV and 22/45. Step up to a competition kit for a dedicated race gun, and add a 19.22 flat trigger if you prefer a flat blade.
Carbon fiber or steel
Carbon fiber and UltraLite barrels cut weight for field carry and fast handling. Heavier steel barrels stay steady on a bag and resist heat during long strings.

Will Volquartsen 10/22 parts fit my Ruger 10/22?
Volquartsen 10/22 parts are made for the Ruger 10/22 pattern. Some parts are specific to the Takedown or Charger, so check the fitment notes on each listing.
Is the TG2000 a drop-in trigger group?
Yes. The TG2000 replaces the complete factory trigger group in the 10/22 and installs with basic tools. Always function check the rifle after installation.
Accurizing kit or competition kit for my Mark IV?
The accurizing kit focuses on the trigger and is the best first upgrade. The competition kit goes further for shooters building a dedicated race gun.
What is the Fire Fly bolt for?
