Rifle Stocks

Your stock decides how the rifle fits you and how well it holds the action. The right one brings a consistent cheek weld, a natural grip and a stable platform on the bag or barricade. As an authorized dealer for KRG, Magpul and MDT, we carry stocks for the Ruger 10/22, CZ 457, Remington 700 and Tikka, and our own USA-made Pete's Pillars bedding pillars to lock the action in.

Stock or Chassis

Want It Machined Instead?

A chassis trades the molded stock for a rigid, machined platform with a built-in bedding surface and a free-floated barrel channel. If you are building a dedicated precision or competition rifle, it is worth a look before you choose.

Choosing a Rifle Stock

Inletting and fitment

A stock is inletted for a specific action, bottom metal and barrel contour. Confirm your rifle model and action length, and make sure the barrel channel clears your barrel, especially if you run a bull or heavy contour. Our barrel guide covers contours.

Adjustability

Adjustable length of pull and cheek height let you build a consistent cheek weld behind your optic and share the rifle with other shooters. Fixed stocks are lighter and simpler, which suits many hunting rifles.

Bed it right

Action screws clamp the action against the stock. In a polymer or wood stock, that material can compress and shift over time, and torque can vary from shot to shot. Pillar bedding gives the action screws a solid, repeatable foundation so your zero stays put.

Finish the build

Add stock accessories, a bipod and a crisper trigger to complete the rifle.

Rifle Stock FAQ

Do I need to bed a new stock?

Not always, but pillar bedding is one of the most effective ways to make a stocked rifle more consistent. Pillars stop the stock from compressing under the action screws and keep torque repeatable.

Will my aftermarket barrel fit a new stock?

It depends on the barrel channel. Many aftermarket stocks are cut for heavier contours, but not all. Check the barrel channel or contour notes in the listing against your barrel before ordering.

Is the KRG Bravo a stock or a chassis?

A bit of both. The Bravo pairs a chassis-style core with a traditional stock shape, giving you adjustable fit in a familiar feel.

Will my factory magazines work?

Many rimfire stocks keep the rifle's factory magazines, while some centerfire stocks use detachable box magazines. Each listing notes what it accepts.
