Lilja Precision builds cut-rifled match barrels with a long reputation in benchrest and precision rimfire. For CZ owners, a Lilja barrel is one of the most direct upgrades you can make to accuracy.
Contour
The .900 straight taper is the lightest Lilja bull contour and still stiff and steady. The 1.00 and 1.18 inch contours add weight that soaks up recoil and holds steady on the bag, ideal for bench and NRL22. Heavier contours need a matching stock or chassis barrel channel.
Length
Shorter barrels, around 18 inches, handle faster and balance well. Longer barrels add sight radius and weight forward for steadier bench and positional shooting.
Installing on a CZ
The CZ 455 and 457 use an interchangeable barrel system that many shooters swap at home. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and have a gunsmith check headspace if you are unsure.

Will a Lilja bull barrel fit my factory CZ stock?
Usually not without changes. Factory CZ stocks are cut for the factory barrel. Lilja bull contours need a stock or chassis with a matching barrel channel.
What twist rate are Lilja CZ barrels?
The Lilja CZ 455 and 457 barrels we carry use a 1:16 twist, the standard for 22LR and 17 HMR match shooting. Each listing confirms the twist.
Which contour should I choose?
For a lighter field or positional rifle, the .900 straight taper. For bench and NRL22, the 1.00 or 1.18 inch contour adds steadying weight.
