CZ 457 OEM-Style Replacement Firing Pin
Pete’s Pillars PP457FP is an OEM-style CZ 457 replacement firing pin, designed and machined in-house in the USA. It combines a factory-style tip profile with hardened, nitrided tool steel for durability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
This is our recommended version for most CZ 457 applications, including .22 WMR and .17 HMR. If you are replacing the factory firing pin and are looking for the OEM-style tip profile, choose PP457FP.

PP457FP is our drop-in replacement with an OEM-style tip. It is manufactured by Pete’s Pillars and supplied in its finished profile, with no reshaping required.
Why Nitride?
Nitriding treats the surface of the steel itself. It uses diffusion to increase surface hardness and wear resistance, rather than adding a separate layer of plating. Our proprietary multi-step finishing process includes nitriding for improved wear and corrosion resistance, without a coating or plating layer that can chip, peel, or flake away.

CZ 457 Compatibility and Version Selection
Fits CZ 457 bolt-action rimfire rifles in .22 LR, .22 WMR, and .17 HMR. Replaces CZ factory part number 5080066001.
