Designed for right-handed Remington 700 Long Action rifles, this configuration features MDT's factory Black finish, a precision-machined aluminum chassis, integrated V-block bedding, adjustable buttstock, and free-floating barrel channel.

Rigid Aluminum Chassis & V-Block Bedding
The foundation of the MDT Oryx is its precision-machined 6061 aluminum chassis with integrated V-block bedding.
The rigid aluminum bedding surface helps maintain consistent action positioning without requiring traditional glass bedding.
Unlike conventional factory stocks that may flex under pressure, the Oryx provides a solid structural foundation for the rifle action. Its free-floating barrel channel helps minimize unwanted contact between the forend and barrel during supported shooting.
The result is a practical precision rifle platform with the consistency and rigidity shooters expect from an aluminum chassis.
Adjustable Buttstock & Ergonomics
The Oryx features an adjustable cheek riser and length-of-pull system, allowing shooters to refine their position behind the optic for comfortable, repeatable shooting.
Compatible AR-15-style pistol grips offer additional flexibility in hand positioning and personal preference.
For convenient cheekpiece adjustments, the MDT Oryx Tool-Less Cheek Riser Wheels replace the standard adjustment hardware with easy-to-use knobs.
M-LOK Forend & ARCA Compatibility
The Oryx features M-LOK mounting provisions along the underside of the forend, providing an attachment interface for compatible bipods, accessory rails, and additional equipment.
An integrated barricade stop provides a consistent contact point when shooting from supported positions.
The chassis can also be expanded with full-length ARCA rails, replacement M-LOK side panels, modular weights, and additional sling attachment points.

The Oryx accepts compatible long-action AICS-pattern detachable magazines, replacing the factory magazine or hinged-floorplate arrangement where applicable.
