CZ 457 Replacement Extractor and Holder Set
Pete’s Pillars PP457ES is an upgraded CZ 457 extractor and holder set for replacing worn, damaged, or missing factory components. Each component is wire EDM cut from tool steel and heat treated for long service life.
The set includes two components: one extractor and one holder. The extractor spring is sold separately.
Heat-Treated Tool Steel
Wire EDM machining and tight tolerances provide precise component geometry and consistent engagement. Paired with the correct extractor spring, this set is designed to support repeatable extraction through competition, training, and recreational shooting.
CZ 457, 452, 453 and 455 Fitment
- CZ 457: designed for CZ 457 actions.
- CZ 452, 453 and 455: intended to fit these actions. Our testing indicates compatibility, but the sample size is limited.
- Replaces CZ OEM part number 5080-0632-01ND.
Fit and function can vary with non-standard components. Aftermarket barrels, shim kits, aftermarket triggers, and other modifications can introduce tolerance differences that affect extraction, bolt feel, or consistency.

Installation and Fitting
Installation requires bolt disassembly, and some applications may require minor filing or fitting. Installation should be completed by a qualified gunsmith or an experienced individual familiar with CZ bolt actions.
Product Support and Limitations
We support and stand behind our products. However, tolerance stacking and differences between barrels or other components can affect performance beyond our control.
For these parts, our criteria for a defective component are clearly visible defects, warping, or failure to extract spent cases using Pete’s Pillars test barrels. Changes in bolt feel or extraction behavior with a particular aftermarket setup do not, by themselves, establish a defective part.
