our Competition pillars feature a nominal 1/2-inch outside
diameter and a profiled exterior designed to mechanically
engage the bedding compound. Properly installed pillars
provide rigid support between the action and stock, helping
maintain consistent action screw tension while reducing
stock compression and unwanted movement.
Built Specifically for the CZ 452
Unlike universal aluminum bedding pillars, our CZ 452
Competition set features rifle-specific geometry, including
the necessary sear-clearance notch. Each pillar is intentionally
left oversized in length so it can be trimmed for a precise
fit to the individual stock and action.
The included Devcon Plastic Steel epoxy
provides a durable bedding compound for securing the pillars
within the stock. Combined with the profiled pillar exterior,
this creates a solid foundation for a long-lasting bedding
